At this moment in man’s evolution our main focus has shifted towards the external. The appearance of things has assumed an importance that influences everything we do. The idea that the form things assume takes precedence over the content inside abounds in our lives. Packaging is king! Special effects take center stage over storytelling; creating the perfect app seems more important than its application; the super model has become a celebrity icon and of course external beauty is inextricably linked with youth and the Cult of Youth has become the Holy Grail.

All of these things have value of course but there’s more to elegance than a glamorous exterior. Interior elegance can be defined as dignified and graceful in behavior where mind, body and spirit align to create deceptively simple, authentic solutions to complex and difficult problems in a fast-paced world.

Elegance is available to all of us no matter the condition of our lives. It is my mission to create a sanctuary where together we can explore, celebrate and support one another in making the world a more elegant place in every sense of the word.
